What is the Wish List used for? A wish list is used to save items you that you like or want to purchase at a later time. The wish list is perfect for a birthday or Christmas list to give your friends and family. The wish list does not hold inventory. If an item sells out, it will be removed from your wish list. To create a wish list you must be a registered HP customer.
What are "Clearance items" products? All products listed in our Clearance items are brand-new discontinued products shipped in original packaging. We usually have very limited quantities of these products and when they are gone, we can't get more. There are no refurbished models available through the Clearance items.

Can I order by phone? Yes, if you prefer to order over the phone, you can speak to one of our sales representatives at 1300-304-889 or +61 3 8877 5000. Our representatives are available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., excluding public holidays.
How can I pay for my order? We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards (Australian credit card with Australian billing and shipping addresses only) for all orders. 
How long will an item remain in my cart? Your cart will remain available to you for 30 days.
What happens if one of the products I ordered is out of stock? We'll notify you if you order a product that is out of stock and offer you a substitute product similar in functionality and specifications to the product originally ordered. You'll be given the opportunity to accept or reject the substitute product and price. The price for this new product may differ from the price of the product you originally ordered. Clearance items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If you order an item from our Clearance items that we've run out of stock on, no substitution will be offered.
When will my order be processed? Orders placed with the use of an Australian issued Credit Card may take up to 48 hours to be processed prior to shipping.
Will I get confirmation of my order? Yes, once your order is placed you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Can I cancel or change my order? Yes. Just give us a call at 132347 (select option 2) and one of our sales representatives will help with your request. In some cases, the changes requested may require us to cancel your original order and place a new order for you.
How do I check the status of my order? Click on the Order Status link located on every page on HP Australia Online Store. You will need your order number and order date to check the status of your order.
When will I receive my order? It will usually take between 10 to 14 business days to receive your order purchase after your order has been processed and payment is received and cleared.
Do you ship orders outside of Australia? Currently, we do not ship to addresses outside of Australia.

All you need to know about “Fast Track”.
1) What is a Fast Track Delivery?
A Fast Track Delivery is a new service that HP has introduced in Australia. HP is committed in satisfying customer delivery requirements and the Fast Track Delivery option will cut down the delivery wait time significantly as the products are likely to be available for immediate shipment.
2) How long does it take for a Fast Track Delivery orders to arrive?
Deliveries to Metro areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and ACT have an estimated delivery time of 4-5 business days from order confirmation.
*For all other locations estimated delivery times may vary.
3) Does a customer have to be home to sign for a Fast Track Delivery order?
We advise that either you or someone who can sign on your behalf be available for the delivery.
4) Can I use a PO Box for a Fast Track Delivery order?
No – all orders must be signed for a need to have a physical delivery address
5) Is Fast Track Delivery available for all products?
No - Fast Track Delivery is available only on selected products that are marked as “Available on Fast Track”
6) Can I purchase a Fast Track Delivery product and a Non Fast Track Delivery product in a same order?
No - Fast Track Delivery products need to be ordered separately from Non Fast Track Delivery products.
(ie – If you were to make a purchase on a notebook and a carry case for the notebook, and the notebook is a Fast Track Delivery product but the carry case is not, you would need to place 2 separate orders, 1 for the notebook & 1 for the carry case)
Is Fast Track Delivery Free?
Yes – The new Fast Track Delivery option is a Free of charge service for Australia.

7) How can I track my orders in Fast Track Delivery?
You can call 13 23 47 (option 2) and provide your order number or you can check on the Online Store using your order number and date of purchase using this link
8) What I need to do if the product is not available in Fast Track Delivery?
If you do not find a product with the option for Fast Track Delivery, then the product is not a Fast Track Delivery option product. You need to exit the Fast Track Store by hitting the “Exit Affiliate Catalog” button on the top of the left sidebar OR you can contact our Call Center team at 1300 304 899 for assistance
9) Can I order Fast Track Delivery Products over the phone?
Yes – All purchase can be made via contacting our dedicated Call Center team at 1300 304 899 who are waiting to assist you.
How do I return my order? All orders are subject to acceptance by HP, including HP satisfying any requirements under any US or other export control regulations. Electronic orders must satisfy any legal requirements that agreements be in writing. Products ordered and/or delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, unless otherwise agreed by HP, at its sole discretion. Cancellation or reschedule charges for services may be applicable. Any non-refundable deposit paid in relation to a cancelled order is irreversibly forfeited at the time of cancellation. Subject to this clause, Once you have submitted your order it is final and binding upon you.
