1 ) How do I check the status of my orders?
You may check the status of your order at any time 24 hours x 7 days a week). Go into the Store and click on the "Check Order Status". You are required to enter your Order No. and email address to check on your order.
2) When will I expect delivery of my purchase?
Our standard delivery term is 14 working days upon clearance of your payment (NEW schedule). However, due to a market wide shortage of certain microprocessors or limited stocks, we may not be able to deliver your order within 14 working days. Please call our HP Contact Centre 800-93-8833(or at 0800-118 if calling from Macau) for an indication of the delivery time.
3) How long does the "Save Quote" hold my quotation? What can I do if the quote has expired?
Your quote saved in the "Save Quote" is kept for 3 working days. Upon expiration, you may either contact the HP Contact Centre at 800-93-8833(or at 0800-118 if calling from Macau) , or re-submit your order online.

Currently we accept MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept debit cards.
3) How safe are my credit card transactions?

HP does not retain your credit card information after your order is completed. By requesting that you fill in your credit card details with each purchase, you can rest assured that your credit card information will be kept confidential. In fact, our encryption process makes ordering online even safer than offline ordering. The HP Store is also VeriSign certified.
4) How do I cancel my order?
Any order may be cancelled prior to delivery of the products. HP reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee , cancellation penalty (20% of order amount) will be entitled after credit clear. To cancel an order, call our HP Contact Centre 800-93-8833(or at 0800-118 if calling from Macau).

1) What is the purpose of the Register/Sign-in?
The Register/Sign-in recognises a regular customer. If you have provided your Bill To and Ship To details, it also speeds up the Checkout process by automatically populating the details for you. Another advantage is that, if you choose to, you can receive information on HP's special deals and announcements.
