HP Policies

- This program is meant for the employees of Selected HP Corporate campanies and its subsidiaries. And, is not meant to be broadcasted out to public or to its business partner.
- Purchase made under HPCEPP is meant for personal home use, not meant for RESALE or Corporate Bulk purchase.
- No further discount for volume (more than 1 unit) purchase
- Not entitled for existing channel, end user promo or freebies redemption (unless specified otherwise)
- Limited to HP CEPP program period or While Stocks Last
- Limited to max. 2 units per product per employee per annum

- All After Market Option (AMO) comes with 1yr standard warranty. In the event if a AMO part number is purchased together and/or plug into base unit, the warranty will same as the base unit. However, is an AMO part number is purchased later or separately, the warranty will remain ar 1 yr standard warranty.
- Hewlett-Packard will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or other information.
- All sales are subject to Hewlett-Packard's Terms and Conditions . The Customer herein acknowledges and aware of the contents of the Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by the same.
- Should the product fail to function in the manner set out in the limited warranty statement referred to in Hewlett-Packard's Terms and Conditions, the product may be returned within 14 days of delivery or such other period as may be stated in the limited warranty statement. For the avoidance of doubt, product returns are strictly in respect of HP or Compaq branded products only.
- Free Delivery for Peninsular Malaysia. For delivery to East Malaysia RM380 per unit shall be charged on all purchases.
- The order will be ready for delivery approximately 14 working days following payment clearance, subject to stock availability
- The Order herein may be cancelled by Customer prior to delivery of the Products provided that if any order is cancelled after it has been acknowledged by hp, hp reserves the right to charge Customer a cancellation fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the value of the order.
- HP reserves the right to modify, amend, withdraw or terminate the Program at any time without the need to provide any notice and / or reason whatsoever.

must be a business (including governmental or educational institutions)
and is expected to order annually at least 25 customer systems with the
