1. Delivery lead times are subject to credit clearance, product type and product availability.

2. All purchases must be solely for the personal use of eligible participants.

3. Violation of these restrictions may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment according to local HR policy and procedures.

4. HP requests additional verification of eligibility, intended use or HP contingent staff identification during the purchase. In order to insure program compliance, HP contingent staff must provide following information:

• Make payment for the purchase item and supply a valid employee id and employee email address.
• Furnish a shipping address that is the same as your billing address.
Failure to provide such information will result in loss of program eligibility and may result in disciplinary action if deemed appropriate.

6. The EPP eVoucher will be issued via email upon clearance of payment.

7. The discount value of EPP eVoucher can only be redeemed for purchases made at HP Malaysia online store (www.hp.com.my/store).

8. The EPP eVoucher cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced or redeemed for cash or payment of accounts.

12. Hewlett-Packard will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or other information.

14. Should the product fail to function in the manner set out in the limited warranty statement referred to in Hewlett-Packard's Terms and Conditions, the product may be returned within 14 days of delivery or such other period as may be stated in the limited
15. Free Delivery for Peninsular Malaysia. For delivery to East Malaysia RM380 per unit shall be charged on all purchases.
16. The order will be ready for delivery approximately 14 working days following payment clearance, subject to stock availability.
17. The Order herein may be cancelled by you prior to delivery of the Products provided that if any order is cancelled after it has been acknowledged by HP, HP reserves the right to charge you a cancellation fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the value of the purchase.
18. HP reserves the right to modify, amend, withdraw or terminate the Program at any time without the need to provide any notice and / or reason whatsoever.
