1) Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
2) Prices on bundled products have been rounded to the nearest dollar.
3) Price is not inclusive of hardware or software Installment charges unless otherwise stated.
4) This configuration is presented for your convenience only. If you are buying an option as part of a configurable system, the option item(s) will be delivered together with your configured system.
5) Hewlett-Packard will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or other information.

7) All sales are subject to Hewlett-Packard's Terms and Conditions which are available online at http://h50194.www5.hp.com/store/supports/tnc.html or upon request. The Customer herein acknowledges that it is aware of the contents of the Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by the same.
8) Should the product fail to function in the manner set out in the limited warranty statement referred to in Hewlett-Packard's Terms and Conditions, the product may be returned within 14 days of delivery or such other period as may be stated in the limited warranty statement. For the avoidance of doubt, product returns are strictly in respect of HP or Compaq branded products only.
9) Prices and Configuration exclude shipping charges and are subjected to change without notice.
10) The Order herein may be cancelled by Customer prior to delivery of the Products provided that if any order is cancelled after it has been acknowledged by hp, hp reserves the right to charge Customer a cancellation fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the value of the order.
11) The terms and conditions stated herein may be varied, altered or superseded (as the case may) in the event of any promotion or special deals.
