2. Change of order is NOT allowed once order is confirmed by HP. Cancellation of order will incur a 15% administration charge.
   
3. Delivery will take approximately 14 working days upon payment receipt by HP. Please note that working days as stated herin are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays .
4. HP gives no representation or warranty with respect to any gift item. HP gives no warranty with respect to the quality of the redeemed gifts or suitability for any purpose.
