You can change cartridge in HP LaserJet printer by following the below steps:
1. Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord.
2. Open the front cover of the printer.
3. Locate the toner cartridge and remove it from the printer.
4. Unpack the new toner cartridge and shake it gently to distribute the toner evenly.
5. Insert the new toner cartridge into the printer.
6. Close the front cover of the printer.
7. Plug in the power cord and turn on the printer.
8. Print a test page to make sure the new cartridge is working properly.
Here is a step by step process to check printer cartridge level:
1. On the printer control panel, press the Setup button.
2. Select the Reports option.
3. Select the Supplies Status option.
4. The Supplies Status page will display the current levels of the toner cartridge.
Follow the below intructions carefully to clear HP LaserJet printer rollers:
1. Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord.
2. Open the printer cover and remove the toner cartridge.
3. Locate the rollers inside the printer.
4. Use a lint-free cloth dampened with water to clean the rollers.
5. Dry the rollers with a dry lint-free cloth.
6. Replace the toner cartridge and close the printer cover.
7. Plug in the power cord and turn on the printer.
Follow these simple steps to connect HP LaserJet printer to computer:
1. Connect the printer to the computer using a USB cable.
2. Turn on the printer and the computer.
3. Install the printer driver software on the computer.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
5. Once the installation is complete, the printer should be ready to use.
Connect your HP LaserJet printer to WIFI by following the below steps:
1. Connect the printer to your wireless network:
a. On the printer control panel, press the Wireless button.
b. Select the Wireless Setup Wizard option.
c. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your wireless network.
2. Install the printer driver on your computer:
a. Download the latest printer driver from the HP website.
b. Install the driver on your computer.
c. Connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable.
3. Configure the printer for wireless printing:
a. On the printer control panel, press the Wireless button.
b. Select the Wireless Settings option.
c. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure the printer for wireless printing.
The WPS PIN for your HP LaserJet printer can be found on the printer's control panel. Depending on the model of your printer, the WPS PIN may be printed on a label on the side or back of the printer, or it may be displayed on the printer's control panel.
