Not as good as it seemed

I bought this machine in Oct 2018. I came to notice it to have developed a problem; when it went to sleep either after staying idle for quite while or by doing intentional sleep mode as we often do, it didn't come out of sleep ever. Only option i have now is now to perform forced shut down to make it operational when it fails to wake up from sleep. And of lately it succumbed to another audio issue; its sound has stopped coming through inbuilt speaker. I did troubleshooting for Audio Setting and other software stuff, but to get nothing. To make it more worse, the Display is too reflective. You couldn't see anything unless there is dark in your room or home. It's really a horrendous experience with HP. Don't go by with aesthetics and spec of this machine but performance, which is truly abysmal. I just regret to the frenzy, elicited by craftsmanship of this machine, and wish to have never bought it .

    Good but flawed

A single, very simple flaw annoys me greatly with this machine. The keyboard function keys don't function as normal; they are shortcut keys for various apps and configurations. A "FN" key needs to be held down to get to the normal FN keys. When gaming, this is simply not an option. There is NO option to change these back to 'normal'. In addition the Function key number is printed so small it's hard to read it at all. This basic oversight renders the computer a poor choice for most gaming options unless you plan to replace the keyboard.
